Nigeria HIV/AIDS Counseling

Jude Turner is simply a women after God’s own heart. She is also woman with a clear vision, a vision of bring Hope and a Future to the people of Nigeria suffering from HIV/ AIDS.

Jude is going to setup an HIV/AIDS counselling and community centre in Egbe, Nigeria with two missionaries already over there who have already successfully setup the ‘Spring of Life” Centre which we were involved last year in Jos, Nigeria.

This centre in Egbe will be more comunity orientated and used for education,diagnosis and monitoring those with HIV/Aids. Adults and children.

Free anti retroviral drugs are available but these need to be given to each patient and monitored to make sure that they are actually taking them and also Jude will be involved in delivering the drugs by motorbike to the villages.

Jude will also be caring for those who are unable to get to the centre and so will be giving pain killers etc and monitoring the need for hospitalisation.

She will be working with the families of the patients and financially assisting them to literally survive. A microbusiness will be setup and this will help financially but also with selfesteem and independence.

There is a hospital next to the new centre where up till now the relatives have bought there family member to die. The centre consists at the moment of walls, and spaces for windows and money needs to be raised to finish this.

This is a lengthy mission trip into the most dangerous country in the world. Jude will be a light in this dark place. Love unfortunately is in short supply there, that’s why she needs your help.

Her Goal is to exchange DEATH for LIFE which is no easy task,
