Vision Statement:
To build a culture of excellence and a community of encouragement for teenagers, in the heart of the capital.

Objectives:

• To become the brand that represents the best youth events, youth leadership training, and youth development programs in New Zealand.
• To build a place of influence in the 13 central city high schools.
• To provide a safe, inner city venue (Drug and Alcohol free) as a resource for a wide range of youth events.
• To work closely with council, government, and local businesses to showcase local, national and international talent.
• To provide opportunities for young people to become the leaders of tomorrow through seminars, leadership conferences and “how to” workshops.

Outcomes:
To be in contact with 20,000 young people on a regular basis through the schools of Wellington, allowing Zeal to:.

Encourage the young people of Wellington through

• opportunities to perform and volunteer at events
• mentoring and coaching groups

Equip the young people of Wellington by staging

• social events
• school balls
• New Year’s events
• back to school dance parties
• youth gatherings
