Anthony Walton
President & Founder
Anthony is the founder of numerous non-profit organizations: Body and Soul Gyms; Zeal - youth and education programmes; Fuse - an annual creative arts event; Romania child aid and the Body and Soul national care network. Anthony is the founder of The Rock, a contemporary church based in Wellington New Zealand. Over the past 20 years The Rock has pioneered innovative ways of actioning Church including Global Cafe’s - Cafe Style Churches. Anthony has authored a number of books and has been a guest speaker for various organisations throughout New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA. He was also the leader of Future New Zealand, a political party that has gone on to have a significant role within the New Zealand government.

Robert Michaels
Executive Director
Robert Michaels brings to Global Tribe a unique skill set and education. In the 70’s he was a detective with the Norfolk, VA police department and served in the Virginia National Guard as a MP. Rob’s education includes a B.S. in Biblical Education from Columbia International University in Columbia, SC, and a M.A. in Communications from Wheaton Graduate School (IL). He has worked in the music industry in promotions, marketing, and artist management for 20+ years, and has been intrinsically involved in promoting ministries tackling issues like abstinence, suicide prevention, gambling addiction, slavery, racism, prison ministry, and poverty. He has visited more than 200 college campuses, professional teams, and professional sports leagues working with speakers for athletes regarding life skills and player development. He is also the chaplain for the Williamson County Fraternal Order of Police. Rob has worked with Newsboys and Wes Campbell for more than 5 years, developing sponsorships and marketing initiatives.

Karl Ney
Finance Director
Karl has been involved in financial management for two decades, dating back to his role as drummer and business manager for the pioneering Christian rock band Guardian. Following the band decision to only tour internationally, Karl began The Bennett Company, a business and artist management company serving various artists and ministries. Karl oversees all financial matters, donor accounts, and provides direction on budget matters.

David Miller
Chairman of the Board
David Miller serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Global Tribe Partners. He was formerly Chairman of the Board for One5 Foundation, and transitioned to this position with the merger with Global Tribe. David is in executive leadership at Nueterra (founder of One5) as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Development, responsible for researching and evaluating new business opportunities and the strategic positioning of Nueterra. David Brings 19 years of experience in healthcare, primarily on the payers side having a highly successful career in both sales and operations. His most recent position was as president of a major national health insurance company for the states of Kansas and Missouri. David graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors Degree in business.
Chris Falson
Chris is an Australian born singer-songwriter-composer living and working in LA. He is, in his own words “a jack of many trades, master of none” making a living as a songwriter, studio musician, composer, producer, touring artist, published author and teacher. He is father of two and husband of one.
These past few years he has been making a name for himself as a composer, writing songs and music for such TV shows as Star Trek, Without a Trace, Las Vegas, Extra, Men in Trees, Brothers and Sisters, Roswell, One Tree Hill, Jake 2.0 and Queer Eye. Chris is also an inventor and co-founder of IBN Sports (www.ibnsports.com) the fastest growing sports broadcaster on the Internet and the President of Sounds Dangerous, a company specializing in music production for the film and television industries. Strange as it may seem, Chris is also an ordained missionary. As a worship leader/Church planter his own life mission is to share a gospel of grace through music, film, TV and theater to the tribes of people who have yet to find a place in the Church. Steven J. Jensen
Steven Jensen is a strategic thinker with a broad background in the development of emergency management systems. He has twenty-five years of experience in emergencies and disasters in the United States and New Zealand, as well as work for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Southeast Asia. Research has taken him to El Salvador, Australia, China, and Japan. Steven Jensen’s work is built on a solid foundation, with a Master of Science in Emergency Management, graduate work in theology at Fuller Seminary and he will soon complete a Doctorate in Policy, Planning and Development at the University of Southern California. His current work and research is focused on preparing the next generation to understand and manage disasters. Of particular interest is the escalating vulnerability of people living in slums of the developing world.
Pastor Wayne A. Chaney Jr.
Antioch Church of Long Beach
Pastor Wayne A. Chaney Jr., a native of Los Angeles, California was destined for ministry from birth. Descending from a long lineage of pastors, ministers, and evangelists, he was always under the influence of Godly men and women. In the proximity of completing his education at Morehouse College he was called to the ministry. After his return to Long Beach he worked diligently alongside his mentor and grandfather, the late Joe Chaney Jr. Standing on the legacy laid by his grandfather and reaching for his destiny, pastor Wayne became pastor of Antioch Church of Long Beach, a vibrant, flourishing congregation of believers. The church membership doubled in two short years under his leadership.
Currently, Pastor Wayne is committed to serving as a member of the Executive Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. His commitment and involvement in ministry far extend beyond his local community. Throughout the country, Pastor Wayne has ministered to various congregations, denominations, and organizations and his influence broadens globally as he touches lives in Indonesia, New Zealand, England, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Malaysia, Singapore, and Mexico.
